Cal folds active specials into Options and Deal Saver at request time, so a special logged here changes the next answer you get. Specials are short-lived on purpose, so every one carries an expiry and the picker caps it at 45 days. For a standing program, update the lender library instead.

Log a special

The slug is how Cal already refers to the lender in the library, lowercased, for example uwm or rocket-tpo. Leave anything optional blank and Cal stores it as not provided. Your email is attached by the server, so there is nothing to fill in for that.
